If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return any unworned, unwashed, or altered item within 15 days from the date received for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.* Item(s) must be returned in original condition, with tags attached. Items return out of original condition will not be accepted. *Policy Effective Date: Effective October 1, 2013 all purchases prior to October 1, 2013 are not valid for Refund, Exchange only.
All Sales are FINAL on Sale items, Jewelry, Accessories, Swimwear, and E-Gift Certificates.

Please allow 5-10 Business Days from the time we confirm we have received your package for full Refund or Exchange to be processed. For returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 1-2 weeks. Please note: Shipping and Handling cost will not be refunded. We also strongly suggest you return item providing tracking number as LuxeModa.com is not responsible for lost packages.
Damage Items or Shipping Errors:
In the event, the return is a result of a Manufacturing Defect or Shipping Error, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving shipment at email@example.com . Shipping cost will be refunded.
