Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item that you purchase from Luxemoda.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return any unworned, unwashed, or altered item within 21 days from the date received for Exchange or Store Credit. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, with tags attached. Items return out of original condition will not be accepted.
All Sales are FINAL on Sale items, Jewelry, Accessories, Swimwear, and E-Gift Certificates.
Processing Exchanges/Returns:
Before Returning and Shipping item back to us, please email us at returns@luxemoda.com providing us with your Order # and/or Tracking #. Please await our reply before shipping item back to us, so we may provide you with shipping address.
We'll email you confirmation once Return is complete.
Please allow 5-10 Business Days from the time you ship your package for your Exchange to be processed. For returns from Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 1-2 weeks. Please note: Shipping and Handling cost will not be refunded. We also strongly suggest you return item providing tracking number as LuxeModa.com is not responsible for lost packages.
Damage Items or Shipping Errors:
In the event, the return is a result of a Manufacturing Defect or Shipping Error, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving shipment at returns@luxemoda.com . Shipping cost will be refunded.
