Please go to MY ACCOUNT and select FORGOT MY PASSWORD . You will be prompt to update/change your password.

Can I purchase an order over the phone?


Yes, you can purchase an order over the phone by contacting 1888-788-LUXE (5893) during business hours (M-F 9am-9pm S-S 9am-6pm) Please have item style name, size, and color to process purchase promptly.  

 

How do I track my order after it has been shipped?


As soon as your order is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your order and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Track your order here.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order?


Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you would like to add items or edit items, you must purchase another order or return items upon arrival.

 

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every item that you purchase from Luxemoda.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return any unworned, unwashed, or altered item within 15 days from the date received for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.* Item(s) must be returned in original condition, with tags attached. Items return out of original condition will not be accepted. All Sales are FINAL on Sale items, Jewelry, Accessories, Swimwear, and E-Gift Certificates.

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale or Promotion?

 All items purchased on Sale or marked down cannot be returned or exchanged. For items purchase as a Promotion, (Buy one get one or 2 for 1 deals), all items MUST be returned in order to receive correct Price purchased as Promotional Price.

 

Can I receive a Price Adjustment for an item I purchased that is now on Sale?

In the event that an item goes on Sale, within (7) days from your date of purchase, you are eligible to receive Price Adjustment.

 

Will I have to pay for additonal International Duties, Taxes and Fees?


In the event that your order is subject to import duties and Taxes, cost must be paid for by customer. I understand that Luxe Moda is not responsible for these Fees and have no control on custom clearances. Additional cost during customs clearance may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. 

If you refuse a shipment from Luxe Moda , you are responsible for total shipping charges, any import Fees, duties and Taxes that are incurred with your purchase. This amount will be deducted upon refunding your order.

I am unable to process order with Promotional Code. What shall I do?


Please verify that your Promotional Code has not expired and is still valid. If date of Promotion is still valid, check to see that you have followed all terms and conditions according to Promotion. If you are still experiencing issues, contact customer service.

 

How do I check the balance of my E-Gift Card?

To check your current E-Gift Card balance, call 1888-788-LUXE (5893) with your E-Gift Card code.


How do I use my E-gift card?  

In the Payment section during Checkout under PayPal option, Enter your E-Gift Card code in Text Box that was provided to you. It will remove balance from E-Gift Card. You may use remaining balance at a later date, if you do not use total amount at time of Purchase. If you use total amount of E-Gift Card and still have a remaining balance during Checkout, you must provide additional payment to complete Purchase.
